keep your eye Peeled while your on holiday

Whenever I'm on holiday somehow I can't just simply relax. I always find myself scanning the local papers looking for opportunities to invest in. Maybe I need to slow down a bit, but as as investor, even on holiday I think one should always have the 'investing cap' on so that quick wins can be spotted.

No matter where on earth you are, whenever an opportunity presents itself it is important that you jump at it so that you do not miss out.  Take my friend of instance, he just came back from a holiday in Cameroon and is now in buying a property over there. He might have gotten I'll a few times ( by the way, if are planing to visit don't forget your holiday insurance )but he  realised that this is a really nice place to live as invest.

Bottom line, keep your ears to the ground and your eyes on the look out for opportunities.
