Costa Rica, the best real estate market on planet earth

According to CNBC, Costa Rica has the hottest real estate market on planet earth. It is true, many parts are already overbuilt and overinvested, but there are plenty of spots where you can still get a square meter for 10 to 15 dollars. There are many oceanview properties still availeble, many of them bound to triple in value within the next few years.

You also need to realize that some of the best spots to visit are hard to get to. Roads are about to be fixed up, infrastructure improved, then you will see a lot more money coming into the already busy and well to do tourist areas where surf is always good.

I have just sold my first property in Delicias where we have exclusive rights with the land owners. The area borders on the busy tourist town of Montezuma and is close to Malpais and Santa Teresa which was voted the number 5 surfing place in the whole world.

There are many other areas surrounding tourist areas which are going up in value fast.

Costa Rica is very stabile, non Costa Ricans are allowed to own properties and do business here.
