I don't think I even mentioned e-mail downtime on my When Real Estate Technology Attacks series. I've been there, though, and it's really frustrating.
I had my SEO Guy website hacked like 5 years ago, and I was completely lost! Not only did business stop, but I almost had a freakin heart attack. Lost rankings, lost business, lost years of hard work - and worst of all, when people went to my site, they saw a picture of george bush holding a monkey (Looking back that was pretty funny) but having the #1 ranked website for "SEO" hacked and being as high profile as I am, it was catastrophic!

That is funny Morgan, but I am sure catastrophic as well. It is amazing though how our technology has just taken us over. I am currently writing a blog about the trials and tribulations of braking and trying to get my Palm Treo 700P fixed after dropping it about 2 feet and having the touch screen digitizer crack in like 5 places. It is not funny but kind of funny. Jim
