We have been receiving a lot of interest in the second annual REW Summit. Many are wondering "what is going to be covered?" "what benefits will I get out of the two day event?" "will I miss out on much if I don't go?" Tough crowd, tough crowd... insert "semi-colon right bracket" (thanks McDonalds). Let's work backwards: YES, you will miss out on a lot if you don't make the trip to Vancouver Island and take part in the REW Summit. Why? Let's keep working backwards. Five Reasons to Attend the R... Read Full Post
Chapter #3 - Lighter Side of REW Here we are, the third post in the Lighter Side of Real Estate Webmasters. Two months for one update, three days for the next... now that is consistency. And you can expect more of it unless I can persuade (bribe or blackmail) others in the office to grab the conch and start talking. Here we go -- enjoy the ride and, as always, we take no responsibility for the uncomfortable feeling you get when reading this. (Image courtesy of Cartoonstock.com) Whoops, did I ... Read Full Post
The Second Chapter - Lighter Side of REW Welcome to what is the first official post in the Lighter Side of Real Estate Webmasters. (Image courtesy of Cartoonstock.com) Now that I have seen it... what the h@ll is it? Well, in a nut... Read Full Post

The Environment and Social Responsibility Social and environmental responsibility is a buzz topic these days, something we are all exposed to through marketing here in North America. You can't help but see green coloured packaging, advertisements and communications everywhere. What I have not seen to date is a community, village, town, city or otherwise, that has stepped up and commited to only building homes that conform to a respectable environmental standard. Because whats good for the env... Read Full Post
Networking is one of the fundamentals in life, nevermind real estate. Families are networks, school is a network and a career is a network. The trick is finding the interconnections between systems or processes - and simplifying the associated complexity. One essential networking basic that was shared with me lately: being sincere.
