Hello Everyone

Here are the instructions for setting up Outlook 2003 to get email from your REW hosted email account.

If you haven't previously set up Outlook it will prompt you with the New Mail Account Wizard when you open it. If it doesn't, Go to the Tools menu -> Email Accounts.

Step 1

Select Add a new email account.

Step 2

Select POP3 as the account type.

Step 3

User Information: Enter your Name as you would like it to appear on outgoing mail and your email address.

Server Information: Enter your mail servers. These will be mail.yourdomain.com.

Logon Information: Enter your account name. This is your full email address. Enter your password.

Step 4

Click More Settings

Under the Outgoing Server tab check My outgoing server requires authentication, and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

On the Advanced tab change the port for your Outgoing server to 587.

Done!

You should now be able to send and receive email.
