Maintenance: reboots to patch GHOST

On January 27, 2015, security vulnerability CVE-2015-0235 codenamed GHOST was announced. We don't believe there is any way for us to be attacked by this vulnerability, but out of an abundance of caution we are updating to the latest versions anyways. This requires us to reboot all our servers to load the new version.

We will be rebooting all the legacy web servers, pic servers, and data feed servers between 10 PM - 12 AM Central Time Saturday January 31st

We will be rebooting all the IAD based cloud servers 12 AM - 3 AM Central Time Sunday February 1st

We will be rebooting all the DFW based cloud servers between 3 AM - 6 AM Central Time Sunday February 1st

Depending on the age of your site and which feed you use, you may be affected by more than one of these maintenance windows. will also be down during the DFW cloud maintenance window.

We apologize for this downtime and any inconvenience it may cause. We are continually working to minimize downtime, but need to take security patches seriously. If you have any questions about this please contact our support department at 1-877-753-9893 .
