REW Hosted Webmail User Instructions

At Real Estate Webmasters we try to provide the best service we can and in keeping with this desire the following article was prepared to help mobile professionals log into and manage their hosted mail from the web.

Webmail consoles have become more and more popular with systems like Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo mail being the most common.

When you have a website with Real Estate Webmasters, webmail access is included with your hosting fees.

To gain access to the webmail console all you have to do is browse to your site's URL and add /webmail/ in the address bar of your internet browser like it is shown below using Real Estate Webmasters as the example.



When you enter the account name use the name like shown with the whole URL attached to the account name, don't forget to enter your password.

Which is case sensitive just in case you were wondering.



Once you are logged in you will see a very simple e-mail interface (shown below). From this interface you can deal with your e-mail the same as any mail client but with limited functionality because it is a webmail console.




To customize your signature for the reply mail you will need to go to the "Options" menu and select "Personal Information". (shown below)



Shown below is your Full Name, E-mail Address, Reply-to address and any signature file which you want as shown in the webmail options under Personal Information.
Enter your information here and now any mail handling you do in this interface will be identified accurately and clearly.
