Sort order for REW Blog categories

Right now there is a way to edit and delete categories, but there is no way to sort them, we should add a sort categories mechanism to the backend.

We are going to be creating a sort categories in ajax based off of the new beta sort links in V2 REW CMS

Well.. You cannot sort categories yet, However you can now change a category's level.
