It's bordered to the north by Lake Austin and Bee Caves Road to the south. Rob Roy is a affluent neighborhood with homes priced from the high $600's to well over $3 million. First developed in the early 1980's, Rob Roy in Westlake is one of the premier subdivisions in Austin, Texas. Today there are only 5 lots listed for sale in Rob Roy between $289k and $575k, none of which are waterfront. There are only a few vacant waterfront lots on Lake Austin and if you're in the market for one, be prepared to spend around a million bucks!
There are currently 11 homes for sale in Rob Roy with list prices between $799,000 (3,342 sqft, built in 1983) to $5,300,000 (a 7,745 sqft spread with over 200 feet of Lake Austin waterfront on 2 acres, built in 1986).
