#6: New York, New York: Average occupancy costs: $120 per sq. ft/ per year

#5: Beijing, China: Average occupancy costs: $130 per sq. ft/ per year - costs jumped 75% from 2011

#4: Moscow, Russia: Average occupancy costs: $148 per sq. ft/ per year - 41% jump from 2011
