Active Listings - Currently there are 5,803 active homes for sale.

Pending - The number of homes currently under contract is 1,215.

Homes Sold - The number of homes sold in the last 30 days is 395.

From the numbers above you can see how many homes are pending sale currently versus the number of homes sold in the last 30 days. If these numbers hold up, the spring market shift may be about to hit its stride.
