Yes and I just put a sign in the ground for another one in Berkshire Manor. It really is the only affordable thing around. Every neighborhood around it is $300,000 - $900,000. I honestly think this neighborhood is the best value in Atlanta once you consider the schools, local market conditions, convenience... It happens to be where my wife and I bought our first house as well. O.K., maybe I am a little biased, but, I don't think so. And I know the area very well.
