However, the luxury swim/tennis neighborhood of Hampton Hall, in Alpharetta had plenty to be thankful for in 2006. The market statistics presented here were compiled using the Alpharetta MLS, the FMLS.

The real estate market in Hampton Hall during 2006 enjoyed excellent home appreciation and continued to be a very popular luxury home community in Alpharetta.
Homes Sold in 2006 - 11 homes sold during 2006 in Hampton Hall, down 5 from 2005.
Average Price - The average price of a home was up $50,000 from the number seen just 1 year before.
Days on Market - Popular homes in popular neighborhoods that are priced correctly sell in any market. It is no surprise that homes in Hampton Hall actually sold in less time in 2006 compared with 2005. 48 days, down from 52.
List Price to Sales Price - Homes on average sold for 96.8% of their original list price. Higher than in 2005. This is indicative of neighborhoods that are popular and projects well for the coming year.
Appreciation - On average, homes in Tuxford received a 7.5% appreciation on the value of their home. Excellent appreciation of home values.
