Condo Update for Bellingham, WA Feb 3rd through Feb 9th

The same as last week, 11 new condos were listed in Bellingham. The average price of these condos was $263,413 ($240/sq.ft.) with a median price of $239,900 ($203/sq.ft.). 4 of the 11 listings were a new smaller condominium project located in Birchwood. The Baldwin Estates condos are townhouse style condos being offered at an average price of $238,375 ($202/sq.ft.). At just under 1,200 sq.ft., the Baldwin Estates condos are not too bad of a deal.

 
In other condo news this week, there were 3 pending sales in Bellingham. The average price of these 3 condos was $379,100 ($288/sq.ft.) with a median price of $497,000 ($346/sq.ft.). It is great to see that the average price per square feet of condos is up. Over the last month, most of the condo sales in Bellingham have been under $180 per square foot.
