Southern Utah is growing at an amazing rate.  Currently the area has about an 7% annaul growth rate due to many people from Southern California and Las Vegas deciding they want to get out of the rat race and find the good life.   If you are consider a move to one of our amazing cities you might want to look into one of the follow cities.

St. George Real Estate

St George is a great place to call home.  It is the largest city in Southern Utah and it has everything much larger cities have while still keeping its small town atmostphere.

Cedar City Real Estate

Cedar City is a the second biggest town in Southern Utah.   Many people are finding the affordable housing and larger parcels of land very attractive in Cedar City.  Cedar City homes are about 10-20% then an equal home in St George.  Cedar City is also a very pro business and growth area so developers and business owners love it.

Brian Head Real Estate

If you are looking for a second home or the perfect retreat from a busy Southern California or Las Vegas lifestyle Brian Head might be just the place for you.  Brian Head is a ski resort town that is only 2 1/2 hours north of Las Vegas.   It is a the perfect winter retreat for skiing, snow mobiling, snow shoeing and other activities.  Then when Vegas warms up for Summer, you can always escape to Brian Head and its average 75 degree summer days.  During the summer the ski slops turn to Mountain biking trails and you are centrally located to 4 National Parks so there is never a dull moment.
