Zillow Has Crappy information!

I just wanted to post about just how bad Zillow is in my area.  The other day I had a guy come to me wanting to list his house.  He was very excited and eager to "get my home sold".  When we started to discuss price he was $350,000 dollars high with his price.  He just couldn't understand why I the all mighty Zillow would have given him such a poor estimate.
