We recently got an email from a buyer requesting information on historical homes in San Clemente built in the 1920's. Ole Hanson, the founder of San Clemente, had a dream of building a town in the Spanish Colonial style with white stucco homes with red roofs. He loved the climate that San Clemente had to offer and soon sold this idea to potential buyers. Because of his dream of creating a "Spanish Village by the Sea" and organizing the foundation of San Clemente, historical homes are often referred to as "Ole Hanson's." For information on the history of San Clemente or currently historical homes for sale please contact us or call us 949-302-4995 today. Currently, there are seven historical homes for sale in San Clemente. 120 Avenida Algodon is listed for $485,000, 238 W Canada is listed for $675,000, 146 Avenida Serra is listed for $975,000, 141 Trafalgar Ln in Southwest San Clemente is listed for $1,275,000 and 217 Avenida San Antonio also in Southwest San Clemente is listed for $1,290,000.
