San Diego Apartment Rents increase again. San Diego County - For the eighth straight year San Diego Apartment rents have increased. Hud increases FHA Loan Limits in San Diego County One of the hottest topics over the last day has been the anuoncement that FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac loan limits have been increased.
