Are you thinking of Buying a Home in Rancho Carlsbad?

In 2003 I had the pleasure to stumble into th Rancho Carlsbad community while I was looking for a tee time one afternoon.  A Good friend of mine suggested we head to the Rancho Carlsbad Golf course for a quick 18 holes, he told me that while the par 56 course was only 2396 yards I would have a good time working on my short game.  The course sits just off El Camino Real in a valley of mature Eucalyptus trees, lovely ponds, and meandering creeks.  The course is not very tough but it is a lot of fun.

The beauity of Rancho Carlsbad is not just in the Rancho Carlsbad Golf Course.  The Rancho Carlsbad community's charm is in the fact that it consists of a lovely over 55 community owned golf resort…

Well, this is my first post so I thought I would start it out with a little levity...

What with all the negative press the National Ass. is getting by blocking it's members from using common searchable terms like M.L.S. and the heat the DOJ is putting on the National Ass.  I wanted to give them a suggestion for a possible new ad campain that they could run:
