Thursday, April 26, 2012, the Texas Veterans Land Board (VLB) announced that the loan limits for VLB home loans would increase from $325,000 to $417,000 and that the loan amounts for land would be increased from $80,000 to $100,000. Yesterday, Fannie Mae announced that it will suspend evictions of homeowners from 1-4 family homes beginning December 18, 2011 through January 2, 2012.
