Louisville Short Sales

Sometimes, even when you are minding your own business, something falls in your lap.  That is what happened to me recently while I was browsing GoDaddy's expired domain auctions.  There it was, just waiting to be adopted and taken home.  I told myself I didn't really need a domain.  Domains have to be cared for.  You have to feed them with content, and watch after them and be sure that they are growing okay.  I didn't want to be one of those owners who just adopted a domain and then neglected it.  What kind of life is that for a domain to have?  Surely it deserves better than that.  But I couldn't just let it sit there and let it expire.  It was too...  Well, it was too perfect.  So I dropped $10 and tied myself to domain ownership.  Not that I'm new to it, I own about a dozen domains already.  Thankfully, they don't shed like cats.

I've considered selling the domain for a quick profit.  I've thought about putting up a seperate site and trying to build it up as an authority.  I've even considered just referring out any leads that the site generates, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do just yet. Right now I'm forwarding the domain to a blank landing page on my website.

What would you do if you owned www.louisvilleshortsales.com?
