One of my favorite things about being a local Phoenix area Realtor is having the opportunity to explore some of the cities newest and most exciting master planned communities. Today I had some down time, so I jumped in my environmentally unfriendly, gas-guzzling GMC Yukon, and headed up to Fireside at Norterra by Del Webb. Although I have visited numerous times, Del Webb is a Phoenix home builder that constantly amazes me with their vision to create a community that promotes resident interaction, and caters to those looking for a unique lifestyle that is simply a cut above the rest.
In the past, Del Webb has built similar communities such as Anthem, which is also located in north Phoenix. I will admit that Anthem is a great place to live,
but for many people, the commute to work and outside amenities is just a tad bit too far. This is not the case with
Fireside. Fireside is located just
a few miles north of the I-17 and 101 loop.
