Last week I received an email from The Allison Condominiums advertising some specials they have going on right now for their new community in North Scottsdale. The advertisement looked great, so I penciled in a time to get over there to check out the community for myself.
The Allsion Condominiums are located just South of the 101 Freeway and Raintree exit in one of Scottsdale's most convenient locations. Like many Scottsdale condos, The Allison Condominiums began life as an apartment complex in the 80's, were purchased by a developer, refurbished, and now are available on the resell market. Three different floor plans are available, and prices start at approximately $169,000 for a 1 bedroom / 1bath, while a 2 bedroom / 2 bath runs about $249,000.

Community Amenities
- Clubhouse - The clubhouse has been totally refurbished and is beautiful. It features a workout center, stone fireplace, plasma TV, designer furnishings, travertine flooring and waterfall entry.
- Pool- This is an area that the builder did an exceptional job. It truly feels like you are at a high end resort with the spa, palm trees, waterfall, natural stone flooring, cabana, palm trees, barbecue area and more.
