One of the things I love about being a Scottsdale real estate agent is the opportunity to get out and explore all the great areas around our valley. I always keep a camera stashed in the glove box so I'm ready to go when when I see a great house, view, or anything else that I happen to find interesting.

Super Bowl Rentals

So you scored some Super Bowl tickets at the last minute and have started planning for your trip to Phoenix. The Louis Vuitton suitcases are layed out on the bed and you even put together a "to do" list for the big trip.

Certainly the Scottsdale real estate market hasn't been immune to the woes that have insued due to the subprime mortgage meltdown in recent months. More and more homeowners are faced with the dilema that their mortgage interest rates and payments have gone up, while their property values have declined.  Although most homeowners would love to keep their home, the reality of the situation is that they simply can't afford to do so. This has led to an increase in short sales and foreclosures across the country.
