Last week I received an email from The Allison Condominiums advertising some specials they have going on right now for their new community in North Scottsdale. The advertisement looked great, so I penciled in a time to get over there to check out the community for myself.

The Allsion Condominiums are located just South of the 101 Freeway and Raintree exit in one of Scottsdale's most convenient locations. Like many Scottsdale condos, The Allison Condominiums began life as an apartment complex in the 80's, were purchased by a developer, refurbished, and now are available on the resell market.
