Atlanta Rated #6 in the 2009 Best Cities for Singles by Forbes.com

Just last week, Forbes.com announced their list of 2009 Best Cities for Singles.  Atlanta ranked #6 in the rankings!  Forbes gathers their data by ranking 40 of the largest continental US metro cities with stats from seven categories:  coolness, cost of living alone, culture, job growth, online dating participation, nightlife and the ratio of singles to the entire population.  Forbes then adds up the points awarded each city per category to get their final rankings. 

Atlanta ranked in the top 25 for each category and took the #1 position for cost of living alone.  Home buyers looking inside the perimeter have so many options to choose from at any and all price points.  Single Atlanta home buyers can even purchase Intown new construction condos and townhomes starting in the low $100's.  Low price ranges coupled with historically low interest rates equals extra spending money for our Single Atlanta home buyers!
