This type of custom built home is worth appx $500,000+ in today's market. Finished basement price would be $525,000 - $550,000 or higher. When our market changes - this home will absolutely drive a 2006 price tag again!

Thanks for your posting. I see that the property is a significant discount to the September 2006 purchase price, but what do you think the real value of the property is now?
If find that lots of my clients are more concerned with what discount the property is selling relative to other active listings as opposed to past history.
