The numbers for June 2008 are showing a slide in the average price of homes closed. With a drop around eleven thousand over the previous month the numbers show that it is still a buyers market.
The List to sell variance decreased for the month from a eighteen month high. The numbers hint that sellers are still overpricing their homes.
