Hernando County Market History

The Hernando County Real Estate Market Report for May 2008 shows a small dip since April but still increased from the first three months of the year.  With more homes being closed the consumer is taking advantage of the affordable home prices.

 

 

 

 Sellers are still accepting a greater variance from the listing price.  May of 2008 posted over a $15,000 difference in selling price vs listing price.
