Times are Changing It is now time to buy Waterfront!

Our attraction to water has been compounded and frustrated by the fact that the availability to water is finite but the desire for water frontage is infinate. This creates a problem to the Realtor in trying to provide enough waterfront property to go around.
At the time of writing my former article the prices on waterfront properties were booming and availability was very low. In reality it seems we are forever seeking new areas where water can still be obtained in it's various forms. (Lake, stream, creek, river) It seems to make little difference what type of water frontage is available they all seem to explode onto the market and off again very quickly. Times they are a changing with prices down and availability up it is truly a buyers market.
In the current Real Estate Market of uncertain buyers as well as less than confident sellers there is a hidden opportunity for those seeking waterfront or otherwise recreational or specialty properties. There are currently a number of lower priced waterfront properties In my own listings I have a 1/3 acre Kettle River waterfront in Downtown Midway with a home for under $280,000.00 see additional information here: http://www.dontherealestatemann.com/elliot/index.html The best thing you can do is to take advantage of the uncertain market and grab a property that last year would have sold for thousands of dollars more. Near waterfront Condos and Toy Hotels are selling at huge discounts throughout the beautiful Shuswap region of BC as you can see at my website here: http://www.dontherealestatemann.com/listingsshuswap.html If you have been holding back the time is NOW to go ahead and invest in recreational and waterfront properties.
More than Waterfront! - If you have a desire to own and operate your own fishing/hunting lodge near Greenwood British Columbia please contact Don Mann. The Jewel Lake Fishing Lodge / Resort is for sale in BC Canada the property has 35 acres about 2/3 of which are regulated by the ALR. 29 developed campsites with potential for many more. 7 cabins with potential for an actual lodge building or many more cabins. http://www.dontherealestatemann.com/jewel/index.html
