Hi: I am looking for large ocean front property which may be sub divided. The propert can be either on vancouver Island or the west coast of BC. I noticed that there are several large parcels at Scotts Point and other places but they are mostly only accessed by boat or by air. I was hoping to find something that had old growth timber, view of ocean and accessable by hard surface road. My price range have an upper limit of near a million Canadian dollars.
