Wineries A Consideration
Pasco Washington Wineries
An investment in Pasco Wa real estate certainly would include a look at Pasco's wineries and the impact the wine industry has and will have on the real estate market. Pasco may have started off as an agrarian city but economically speaking the vineyards and the wineries have also been contributing substantially to the economic growth of the region. Today these wineries are booming and there is great demand for the local wine. Many of the wineries are situated in Washington's Tri-Cities or in proximity to them. Regular tours of the vineyards and the wineries are available and wine tasting sessions are frequent.
The main viticulture area is situated in the Columbia Valley. One of the major centers for this is the Red Mountain…

What is Facebook?
Wikipedia writes:

he Tri-Cities' unemployment rate and job growth are the best in years, the state's regional economist reported recently.
"It's probably the best time to be looking for work in perhaps 30 years," said Dean Schau. He said the Mid-Columbia had 900 more jobs in May than at the same time a year ago. That's an increase of about 1 percent, or a growth to about 87,300 jobs last month compared with 86,400 jobs in 2006. Schau said that's despite the loss of about 700 jobs at Hanford during the past year.
Statewide, the news was equally good. The state Employment Security Department reported more than 101,000 net new jobs were created between October 2006 and last month. The state's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for 2007 was 4.9 percent, the lowest since…

The Heart of Washington’s Wine Country
With more than 150 wineries within an hour’s drive, the Tri-Cities of Kennewick, Pasco and Richland are truly at the heart of the Columbia Valley which includes the Yakima Valley, Walla Walla Valley, Red Mountain, Horse Heaven Hills and Wahluke Slope appellations. It is easy to conceive that Columbia Valley wineries would produce high-end, premium wines since the Tri-Cities area lies on the same latitude as the world-famous Burgundy and Bordeaux regions of France. The region’s hot summer days and crisp, cool evening breezes naturally stress the vines, and when combined with the Columbia Valley’s rich volcanic soil - it creates the conditions necessary for making great wine. The area annually boasts more than 300…
