Good Neighbor Pasco Handbook

Pasco Washington welcomes new residents with its Good Neighbor Handbook. It is intended to be a reference resource that is reader friendly and straightforward in summarizing the official Municipal Code. The concise information is presented in a way to aid residents in their community collaborations, and encouraging them to take pride in their property; in this way a resident can truly be a Good Neighbor. The entire Pasco Municipal Code is available at both the city library and on the City’s official website: www.ci.pasco.wa.us

With regard to animals, A Good Neighbor does not let their animal roam from their property unattended. When off premises all dogs must be on a lead. Dogs aged over 7 months must be registered and there is also the requirement that proof of rabies vaccination be provided at registration.

Further, all residents are expected to actively participate in helping to maintain a neighborhood that is free of elements that could be of threat to public safety or which may disturb the peace and comfort of others in the area. A Pasco Washington Good Neighbor is a neighbor who immediately reports any violation of public peace and or safety to the Pasco Police Department.
