Rank Your Real Estate Blog in Google in 30 Days

I stumbled across an article on ranking a blog in Google in 30 days. I'm not sure about the 30 days part, but as I read the article I realized the author had some great points for us as real estate bloggers. Whether you are an experienced blogger or a wannabe blogger, this article has something for everyone. The article has 50 points to consider, so it'll keep ya busy!
Before getting started on the ranking your blog article, here's some fun. These Squidoo lenses have nothing to do with real estate (except giving you a much needed break), but they are very funny. Each lens will only take a few minutes of your time. Enjoy!

Thanks Eric! Wait a second, even the "How To Hire A Woman" part? If so, I'm going to forward that lens to the women in your office and tell them to beware!
Didn't go there! Gotta check it out! Ha! Too funny..!! Colleen LET you post that! -hehe Best Eric
The lenses are certainly fun stuff. Colleen is actually the author of those lenses! Joking aside, the blog article is a great article. I think if a person were to complete a fair share of the 50 points, a blog would rank somewhere in the 30 day mark.
ermmmm what does How To Hire A Woman | Dentist Negotiation | The Man Song have to do with ranking a blog?
Absolutely nothing!
However, I hear what thinking (I'm clairvoyant) Morgan. I won't make a habit out of posting off topic stuff in the REW blog posts. Just taking an occasion to post some funny stuff!
You know what, off topic in REW Blogs is totally fine (In fact I don't think there is such a thing as on topic) - no subjects other than the usual no obsenity, law breaking material etc -
That being said, to the untrained eye (A new REW Blog user for instance) might see what you posted at the bottom of this post (Off topic hyperlinks to several pages also controlled by the poster) as link spam and get the idea that this sort of thing is ok, which of course we all know that it isn't.
If you would like to write a blog post about this lens http://www.squidoo.com/hiring-women - making some commentary on it, why you think it's funny, introducing it to the readers etc then that would be perfectly fine (Including adding a link for them to go check it out) - it's all about how moderation team perceives outbounding linking - if it looks spammy, or off topic, then it gets flagged, if it's completely relevant and adds value to the post then no problems.
Was funny though, and I did enjoy it
Thanks
Search in Google, "what is Squidoo," "what is technorati."
30 days huh? Sounds like a piece of cake! Although I have not idea what a squidoo lense is or who technoratti is, I'll give it a shot.
Good post! I for one don't really care if my blogs don't make it up the charts in 30 days. It's common knowledge that the real estate business requires patience, so as bloggers we just hope that our articles get noticed too in the long run.
I hear ya on the blog part, but I would certainly prefer the posts to get there quick. Thanks for stopping by topel.
