7 Feng Shui Home Staging Tips For Home Selling
Realtor.org writes about feng shui:
Feng Shui (meaning Wind and Water in Chinese) is the ancient art of placement to promote harmony, wealth, success and health. Feng Shui deals with the location and architecture of buildings, along with interior design and exterior landscaping. A working knowledge of Feng Shui may even help in home selling and home buying in today's multicultural world.
When considering feng shui in your home staging strategy, consider these 7 feng shui home staging tips (for general tips, see feng shui real estate tips):
What Is Feng Shui | 8 Feng Shui Real Estate Considerations
The belief in feng shui real estate selling/buying tactics are unconventional, however, some swear by them. Feng shui real estate practices consist of ridding a home of it's negative energies and aligning the home towards positive elements.
Wikipedia on feng shui: "The Law of Heaven and Earth." Today's Feng Shui schools teach that it is the ancient Chinese practice of placement and arrangement of space to achieve harmony with the environment.
As a real estate agent, believing in feng shui may not be your conviction, however, knowing what a client who believes in feng requires is an important step in keeping the customer happy. Here are 8 Feng Shui real estate considerations when working with a feng shui buyer or seller (click here for feng shui home…

In Alejandre v. Bull the Washington Supreme Court (March, 2007) sided with the seller and did not allow the buyer to sue for damages for the seller's misrepresentation of the seller's disclosure statement. In this case, the seller knowingly gave the buyer a faulty septic tank. To read more about the case, Attorney Russell
G. Cofano does a great job of summarizing Alejandre v. Bull. What I want to do is discuss the implication of Alejandre v. Bull on the new forms coming out in October for Washington REALTORS®.
In the August 2007 edition of Washington REALTOR® News, I quote from page 11:
...there will be a provision in the new form to address the significant changes to law caused by the case of Alejandre v. Bull, decided by our state Supreme Court on…

This how-to blog is a sequel to the how-to blog I did a few days ago on How To Insert An Image. This blog will provide a little instruction on how to hyperlink an image. I am not an expert in html, so I will cover the basics of hyperlinking images, then provide resources for further study/reading.
I will follow the same format as the How To Insert Images blog by analyzing the code of a hyperlinked image. I will only write about the variables as they relate to hyperlinking. To learn more about the other variables, consider checking out the blog on Inserting Images.
Let us start by inserting a hyperlinked pretty lady (for real, the caricature doesn't do Colleen justice) into some Loren ipsum text:
Cras et quam id risus ultricies vulputate. Vestibulum…

Real Estate Tax Certificate | Real Estate Tax Lien Certificate: An Overview
A potential investor is always on the look out for the best and the safest place to make a profitable investment. A good investment should necessarily be
one which is supported by the government, pays incredibly high returns and offers sufficient security. And for those young prospective investors who are on the hunt for investment opportunities, tax lien investing is perhaps, the top solution!
For those unaccustomed to the term, a tax lien could be broadly defined as a lien that is imposed on real estate for the non- payment of real estate taxes. In most states, the government will sell the lien to the public to create a balance in the budget. As part of the procedure, a tax lien certificate, supported by the property, is issued to the investor. Later,…

I enjoy inserting images into my blog entries (as well as web pages) to break up text, hyperlink to other sources, and just plain, it looks cool! As a consequence, I am often asked how image insertion is accomplished. I am no expert, but know enough to pass along a rudimentary understanding of how image insertion works, plus I can recommend a few resources for further study. We also have a how-to on hyperlinking images, as well.
The easiest way for me to show you how to insert an image is by analyzing the code of an inserted image. You would then simply duplicate the code in your own text using your own variables. Let us start by inserting a handsome bald dude into some Loren ipsum text:
Cras et quam id risus ultricies vulputate. Vestibulum ante ipsum…
