Southeastern Washington is a quickly growing portion of the state that has gone from hidden gem to a steadily increasing population due to its beautiful surroundings and vibrant pulse.  The Tri-Cities in particular have led that charge, comprised of Richland, Pasco and Kennewick, drawing more and more residents to the area through the Tri City real estate market with economic and social opportunities nestled along the banks of the Yakima, Snake and Columbia Rivers.

Pasco serves as a bit of a gate keeper to the Columbia Basin as the northern representative of the Tri-Cities.
