Sea Oaks is an ocean to river community in Vero Beach Florida that features a Five Star tennis facility with lighted Har-Tru courts and resident tennis pros. Two club houses including an Oceanfront Club with three restaurants.  Add a private 48 slip marina to acommodate boats up to 40 feet, and you quickly see why Sea Oaks is one of Vero Beachs premeir island communities.

Moderate Growth Gain Expected for Vero Beach Real Estate in 2008

After strong growth in the past several years, the growth trajectory in Indian River is decelerating. As Figure 61 shows, the strong economy propelled employment growth above 5,200 in 2006, and population growth peaked at 2,500 in 2005.

Despite a projected peak in population growth in 2008 by more than 1,000 new jobs generated, the slowdown in residential construction and a weaker national economy account for the slow pace of growth forecasted through 2010.

In 2005, Indian River County experienced excess inventory primarily due to speculation in the market. This resulted in an excessive amount of new homes in the market, which temporarily slowed the Indian River County housing market…

Incorporated on June 11, 1953, Indian River Shores continues to be identified with its pristine beaches and controlled growth. We are a low density residential community adjacent to Vero Beach, Florida situated between the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean. March through October of each year we are witness to hundreds of sea turtles nesting on our beaches, with thousands of hatchlings returning to the sea. In a recent year more than 1500 loggerheads, leatherbacks and green turtles made their nest along our beach shoreline.
