Farming

I have been slow and unmotivated for a while now... However i have taken up real estate finally and have been farming consistently nonstop which is good..

It is surprising how stubborn people are when it comes to what they think their property is worth..... The want certainity is an uncertain world... Given, the economy is recovering but over pricing a house for $50,000... could people get anymore unrealistic
