The Orchards - Active Adult Living

The Orchards group has approx a dozen active adult communities in the North GA area now.  One of the newest neighborhoods being developed is in Forsyth County right off of  Interstate 400.  It is a beautiful neighborhood with wonderful amenities and is only about 1 mile away from the brand new upscale shopping center "The Avenues".  Ranch condos, single-family homes and master on the main villas are all available in price ranges from $260 to the high $300's.  The clubhouse is nearly 3600 square feet with covered outdoor seating, two card and game rooms, a gentleman's den, gourmet kitchen, media room, fitness center, swimming pool and outdoor fire pit!  For more information call or email and I will be happy to send the different floor plans available and more!
