Attention Property Buyers … Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres …. You Have Only 9 Months Left

I wouldn’t call Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres real estate market correction horrible. It was coming due. Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres sharp price declines late 2007 were an opportunity. Now people can actually buy a home. Investors can buy and hold.

In Cape Coral, I just wrote a contract on a 4 bedroom, pool home, under $115,000. This sounds good to me. I have good Gulf Access listings under $320,000. Many wonderful properties are on the market at strong discounts.

My question is why more people aren’t buying. Are they waiting for prices to go up? Are they waiting for the selection to diminish? My website gets inquiries stating they’ll buy in 6 months. That means 2009 will be a great year, the Johnny come latelys looking for those $200,000 gulf access homes that are all sold up.

This bargain market won’t last long. In my opinion the best properties were on the market in November, sold in December. The opportunity for a real bargain is now till October 2008.
