Yes, interesting.. The boro is closer to town and activity, although some areas of Chatham Township are an easy trip into Summit for the train where there is more parking. Typically you can get a home with more land in Chatham Township...there were 12 sales over $2M this year, the highest being $3,850,000. Its a beauty, new construction with 7 bedrooms, 7.2 bathrooms! Chatham is a town that you can't go wrong.
