Oh man! The very first blog on AR and you spammed a link (Giving ya a hard time here) - that is to funny (Sadly, AR never really outgrew link spam) - You might want to head in and change that link you posted as it seems to be going to a broken page. Nice to see you on REW Blogs Brett - ask lots of questions in the blogging forum if you ever have any, and feel free to use Joe as a role model - he seems to do quite well here (120,000 unique readers for you now Joe?) First order of business, turn on your friends widget, and add Joe and Webmaster - they might add you back (I will, cause I already know you're a cool guy) - helps ya gain some valuable internal link love. Also, enter your forum ID (It's 3141) in your settings so that you get internal link love from all of your forum posts back to your main blog as well as your most recent article. Welcome!

I can certainly understand your frustration given the situation you are in with your mobile home park.  I just ran a search for homes listed under $150,000 on my computer and found 75 stickbuilt homes currently for sale in the County.  Add in the mobiles and we have nearly 140 homes available under $150,000! With rates currently very low and a large selection of homes to choose from, you do have some options.
