Eatonville Real Estate

In preparation for some showings this morning I've run my numbers on the Eatonville real estate market.  For those of you not familiar with Eatonville, it's a small rural community on the road to Mt. Rainier, approximately 35 miles South of Tacoma WA.

Active listings: 51

Pending: 7

Sold in last 6 months: 14

While there is little doubt the Eatonville real estate market  can accurately be described as a strong Buyer's Market, there is some encouraging news for Home Seller's as well.

With only 14 homes sold in the past 6 months, the current number of Pending homes (7) is a positive sign for home sellers.  Low interest rates and high inventory indicate a strong buyer's market in Eatonville.   These 7 buyers understand that the best way to take advantage of a Buyer's market is to buy!  You'll stand little chance of profiting from the current market conditions on the sideline. 

We'll continue to watch the Eatonville real estate market through out the year..
