I am sure, being in Real Estate today, that just about every Realtor still in the business, knows what a short sale is. Well, that is what I thought, but that is not the case. I don't know about other markets, but the Tampa Foreclosures Market is a frenzy. The only problem is that many Real Estate agents that are not doing so well in this market, do not seem to understand what a Short Sale is or a Real Estate Contract.
