We have just listed a penthouse for sale in the La Alzambra development, close to Puerto Banus. I can personally vouch for how nice this place is, because I lived there for over 3 years. With great gardens and pool area, there are a number of on site ammenities available on the complex. Walking distance to Puerto Banus and near to the small selection of shops and bars it would be possible to live in La Alzambra and not drive anywhere. We have added a penthouse for sale in the Lomas De Sierra Blanca development on the Golden Mile area of Marbella. These apartments were finished in 2004 and were always regarded as high quality properties with great quality marble flooring, complete with two colour inlays around the perimeter of the floors.
