Hi, I am Bob Timm, Realtor with Oak Park Realty in Minot North Dakota. Minot ND Real Estate is in a very unique position at this time due to several factors. The largest of these factors is that early this year (2008) it was publicly announced/confirmed that North Dakota is sitting on an oil field the industry says may be the largest ever found!!
