Now, granted, I am biased. I've been affiliated with RE/MAX for almost three years. I love their business model. I love their agent services--including Remax.com, Remax.net, and the RE/MAX Satellite Network for agent training. I love their brand, one of the most respected brands in my market--Salt Lake City, Utah. Hi, I am Bob Timm, Realtor with Oak Park Realty in Minot North Dakota. Minot ND Real Estate is in a very unique position at this time due to several factors. The largest of these factors is that early this year (2008) it was publicly announced/confirmed that North Dakota is sitting on an oil field the industry says may be the largest ever found!! "Yellow journalism" was a phrase coined in the 1800's to describe the press taking liberties and pushing their own views on the people. And when they did not like someone or their point of view, simply running a smear campaign was what happened.
