Are you guys BUSY???

My business started picking up significantly around September 2007. The website leads have doubled in the last few weeks. Most will be coming to buy in a couple of months. It's looking good right now, so far.

Showings have picked up but most of the buyers here have something to sell first. Many of the buyers are from your state of Florida and are having a hard time getting their homes sold.

Hi Eddy. Not a good time to sell in Florida. In spite of the low prices how do you even compete with bank owned properties. Mike, that's great. Busy is a good problem to have. Our buyers are still reluctant - thinking that the prices will still drop. I just checked the MLS inventory this week and in many cities here, the inventories dropped by about 15%. thanks for the feedback guys

Tampa, this kind of thing (Conversational) is actually something better suited for the forums. Yes , We have definitely have seen in increase in activity on our inquiries and website traffic since the first of the year. Just need the buyers to pull the trigger.
