Tampa4U Realty Opens in Channelside

TAMPA, FL, April 1, 2008: Tampa4U.com Realty, Inc, amidst the slow real estate market, is opening a new office in Channelside, FL. Tampa4U has become known as "The" real estate website in Tampa largely due to their attention to customer service and knowledgeable agents. In a bold effort to spread their knowledge to a larger resident base, the Channelside office is being launched. Tampa4U has managed to set their real estate cause apart from other Realtors in the Tampa area by thinking “outside of the box” and suprisingly, by just answering their phones and returning calls immediately. Thanks Awning is $600 - Originally I was going to get a billboard along a major highway. I was quoted $11K per month, 3 month contract. For a fraction of that, we leased this office that serves as a billboard and we have an office on top of that. It was the best decision we made. The foot traffic is incredible... unfortunately none of us are there most of the time. We're all so used to working from home. Thanks for the vote of confidence on that greatest real estate blog.
