And you thought all rock stars lived in big, fancy homes. The home houses 3 bedrooms and is located 60 miles to the south of Los Angeles.
Amy Sedaris, known as an actress and a comedian has bought into the thriving Manhattan housing market. Sedaris dropped a cool $1.3 million dollars on a one bedroom co-op in the West Village. It seems there is nothing slumping in Manhattan.
Chris O’Donnell, once an actor and now missing in action, has sold a home in Pacific Palisades. The home was listed for a length of time for just over $5.3 million, but records are not showing how much the home sold for in the end.
Down for the count, NOPE! Sylvestor Stallone seems to be swimming in money, or at least that is what one can infer from the huge home purchase Stallone just entered into. Can we say lakefront? Can we say $7.2 million?
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are costars on the reality, no so reality TV show, The Hills. In real life, they are planning a luxurious life together. Mansion shopping is on the top of their list and the sky seems to be the limit. Malibu, California seems to be their favorite real estate shopping grounds.
Kids love the Jonas Brothers, and parents should be concerned at the money they are spending on that merchandise. These young rockers have recently purchased a mansion in Texas. The six bedroom hot pad was purchased for $2.8 million dollars.
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are expecting a new baby and a new home. The couple has been seen stopping by the construction site of their new family abode on several occasions. It seems even the stars get worried about things going well and staying on schedule.
